Grand Circle Corporation is comprised of a family of travel companies—Overseas Adventure Travel (OAT), Grand Circle Cruise Line (GCCL) and Grand Circle Travel (GCT). They provide unique experiential travel to people over 50.
One of the many initiatives, while I was Digital Design Director/Art Director at Grand Circle Travel, was to improve user experience and web engagement. Solutions were provided through secondary “sticky” navigation, that allows the header to stay with the content as users scroll down the page. In addition, an independent film gallery was added, to include independent films from the NY Times and others and a “Traveler Photo Gallery” was added to encourage travelers to share their own travel moments.
